As a Lead Developer, you'll play a critical role, providing deep coding experience and hands-on technology leadership of a growing development team. Reviews work of team and suggests process and application improvements.

Job Duties:

Ability to develop interfaces for web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Extensive expertise in JavaScript and firsthand experience with JS libraries such as jQuery and MooTools
Broad Experience developing responsive UI’s and mobile/tablet-specific UI’s
Deep understanding of current web technologies and trends including CSS3 and HTML5
An understanding of UX and User Interaction
Ability to rapidly prototype ideas
Provide technical leadership, deep software development experience, architectural guidance.

Wide experience in many languages and technologies. Chooses the technology for the job, and is not afraid of trying new things.
Hands on participation in team coding
Reviews developers' code and provides feedback and development of knowledge.
Excels in application architecture and design, problem solving skills, strategic thinking, and working in a team oriented environment.
Collaborates with technical and business resources, gathers and documents requirements, formulates action plans, and provides direction for other technical resources.
Project management skills including ability to manage small to large projects.
Creates project architecture and designs, creates detailed development plans for projects.
Presentation of designs and plans to executive management.
Strong oral and written communication skills are required as well as strong interpersonal skills and ability to excel in a team oriented environment.
Candidate must be competent to work at the highest level of all phases of software engineering and application architecture.
