Hi group, I've drafted a manifesto for a startup I'm working with. Feel free to chime in with feedback.

Startup Operational Manifesto
- We are a lean startup.
- We have limited capital.
- We will not prematurely scale our employees, our technology infrastructure, or our physical infrastructure. For example, we will not hire accountants if we have no revenue.
- We will prioritize our workload to complete the tasks that will first gain us more funding, and second gain us more paying customers. Without funding, we cannot build a product. Without a product we have no customers.
- We will not build any part of the product until we are certain that there exist sufficient customers to pay for it.
- We understand we are a content/media company. Technology is not our IP. We will leverage 'open' technologies and frameworks to achieve our goals.
